The Archer & Monk

Once lived a great archer, named  Zetain, in china.He is famous throughout the country  for his intense focus and concentration techniques.No one could win over him in any competition

.One day he went to the king with a demand to make him chief general of the army.  All the court members got appalled by his behaviour and raised their voice against him. King asked his members to be calm, and told zetain to visit tomorrow.

Then he asked the court members, to come with amicable solution to this issue. Sui is the able administrator and wise man. He told the king  about a monk who is staying in a top of mountain, known for his shooting skills.

Next day zetain came to the palace, king said i will make you the chief of army, but before you have to challenge  a monk, who is living in the mountain. Zetian accepted and reached the mountain. where he met the monk, and narrated the reason for his visit. Monk accepted his challenge and asked him to follow.They walked whole day to the top. Then monk asked to shoot the fruits on the other side, zetain did with an ease. Then monk asked him to step on a rope that connect with another peak to shoot at the target.

 Zetain walked slowly the moment he steps over the rope he got freighted, his hands started to shake because of fear, he couldn't mount the arrow in his bow, when he look down, his heart stated to beat heavily, he lost his focus,  shot the arrow somewhere. Zetain accepted his defeat, and aksed weather monk can do, monk took his bow and arrow walked seamlessly on the rope, shoot the arrow at the target, by standing on one leg.

Zetain completely blown by his talent, and kneel before the monk to teach the secrets.

Monk said " when you asked to shoot by standing on the rope, the fear entered you, that is the only reason, the moment it touches you, it destroyed all your skills, it removed your talent and make you think like a loser. Never allow the fear to engulf you. "Be Fearless " that is the secret.

Zetain return to his country as an enlightened man.

Thirumurai Shiva -Thiruvathavur Temple

Thiruvathavur Thirumarainathar temple, situated  25 kilometres north of  famous temple city Madurai. This is the birth place of Manikavasagar. This is place is called with many names like Vaathapuram, Vaayupuram, Bramhapuram, Shamyagavanam, Bairvapuram. Lord shiva has cured lord Saneeswaras's ailment of legs,( Vadha disease in tamil), hence this place is called Thiruvathavur. People who come and pray to Thirumarainathar & Vedha Nayagai ambal,  get cured from the all types of leg & hand ailments. And those who worship here get blessed with, good job, health & prosperity. Lord bairava worshipped in this temple, hence the theertham here is called "Bairava Theertham". 

Mandapam 

Manickavasagar, a grest tamil poet born in this village.He worked as military commander to Varaguna Pandiyan, the king of Madurai.  His excellent literature  work on Lord shiva "Thiruvasagam"earned him high regards in saiva literature. A patron of lord shiva, composed  many devotional songs, and visited numerous siva temples. When he was singing songs sitting at the Mandapam inside the temple ,he heard the When he was singing hymes in the thiruvathavur temple, lord shiva made him to hear his ankle sounds as the blessing for devotion. The mandapam is still maintained in the temple.

Temple Inside

Lord Bramha, Indiran, Agni bagavan, Tirumal, worshipped in this temple.People visit this temple, enjoy good growth in their career and prosperous in their business. Particularly business of Iron and coal are advised to visit here for development. Acute illness get cured, by applying Abhisheekam oil in their body. Temple acquire vast space, and art and cultural expert of sangam people is visible at the every statue in the temple.

Travel- Keep the soul happy

Humans in the process of evolve into highly thinking species, acquired many skills.They  gathered knowledge on various factors through trial & error methods. Made several inventions & discovery,but most significant  activity that contribute to the  development of human civilisation is the ability to travel. Early humans moved from one place to another, travelled to various locations in search of food, shelter and good place to sleep. Once their basic needs satisfied, settled in a proper house, again travelled in search of new goods, high quality clothes. 

They covered long distance procure goods from various places and sell in another place, that resulted in trade. Trade flourished, that generated huge revenue, that promted them to travel even further. Big markets popped on various parts, created cultural integration. Then boundaries are drawn for the tax purposes, countries born. At the beginning, man travel for food, then for good gloths, and for more money. Now they have huge houses, luxury things, comfort and a country to rule. 

But again they started to travel.This time to expand their country boundaries.Their journey covered thousand of kilometres, crossed many rivers, sailed across oceans, climbed snowy mountains, pass through harsh deserts, simply travelled.Fought fierce battles, countries become vast empire, and they need more resources to govern the empire. Travelled again in search of resources, like gold, metals, vegetables, and humans to work. New sea routs found, new continents discovered, human civilisation flourished to every corners of earth, and they utilised most of the earth's resources.   

Some are unique, in their motive to travel. Form them travel bring inner peace, it creates harmony between them and nature. They travel in search of knowledge, to explore They risked their own life and spent many years in sea, deserts, barren lands  in search of new routes, land and culture. Then came the modern days of Industrial revolution, that changed the face of travel, long distances covered in short time, different mode of travel inventions lead to different dimension.






The purpose of this soul is to travel, to bind with nature, now we have more facilities and comfort in travel, and can reach any destination in no time. At the same time we need to grateful to those made the travel when no facilities were available and made remarkable contribution to human society.

Every one watches the birds flying in V shape, and it is call Echelon formation. When birds flip their wings, it create 'Rotating Vortex" that means air rotate air around its wings that create a specific air zone. Birds flying long distance can complete their travel with much less effort. So if we are in a particular zone and well connected with our peers and friends , we can accomplish our job search with much less effort. V formation creates up-wash and down-wash movement of air and it creates a specific air zone, which give free lifts to other birds.

Job search must start with specific destination, like what kind of role, specific skill set and industry. Then get connected with people, who works in the particular industry and knowledge of job role. With their inputs, embrace the required skills, increase the domain knowledge, upgrade the advanced versions, like entering specific air zone which gives free air lift.

With all necessary preparations, and our own effort like those birds we will get our job of expectation and accomplish our destination.
